Inkwell have supplied our printer consumables now for a number of years and we remain exceptionally happy with their service and with the products they have supplied.

Their system, whereby every month a stock check is performed and stock replenished as required, has dramatically reduced the amount of storage space needed to store our consumables whilst at the same ensuring that we always have enough stock. It has also saved us huge amounts of time in the management of stock levels and ordering.

Their prices have, from the outset, been highly competitive. This, combined with the fact that consumables are only paid for once they have been installed in a printer, has resulted in significant cost savings. The cost of consumables since using Inkwell has been further reduced because they do not charge for delivery and because any consumables which are no longer required (say in the instance of a printer refresh resulting in printers of a certain type no longer being used at the school) are returned to Silicon Alley at no charge.

On the very rare occasion that we have received a defective toner cartridge, Silicon Alley have always responded very quickly to send out a replacement. Knowing that Silicon Alley operate a guarantee, whereby they will repair or replace (free of charge) a printer if damaged by a defective remanufactured cartridge supplied by themselves, gives me the reassurance I need. Fortunately we have never had to call on this guarantee.

More recently we have started using Inkwell as our preferred supplier for new printers in addition to the consumables because, again, their prices are very competitive and their service excellent.  On a couple of occasions they have even been able to help us with warranty repairs by encouraging  manufacturers to contact us when the manufacturers themselves have not initially responded to a support call as quickly as we would have hoped.

In summary, I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Silicon Alley as a supplier of IT equipment and consumables. Their efficient, friendly and helpful team have always provided us with a high level of service and they have consistently offered products at a highly competitive price point. On top of all this, they work hard to make sure that we know we are a valued customer by visiting us regularly to make sure that we remain happy with the service and to update us on their product range and company developments… from my experience this level of customer service is well beyond the norm.’
